- If the purchase was made elsewhere, customers must return the item to a physical store.
- You have a 14 calendar day window to decide to return an order purchased due to a change of mind.
- The cancellation period begins on the date of notification of receipt of the order by the courier.
- It is important that the product is returned in its complete condition including all accessories in its original packaging.
