RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
General Policy
For Customers in the European Union: You have a 14-calendar day window to return an eligible item purchased from https://udggear.com/ due to a change of mind. The cancellation period begins on the date of notification of receipt of the order by the courier agent.
For Customers Outside the European Union: Please refer to the specific return policy for your region by contacting our customer support.
All Customers:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Please note: If your purchase was made elsewhere, you must return the item to a physical store.
Exceptions
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" or “B-stock” are non-returnable and/or non-exchangeable.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Please complete the Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Package the item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Print the RMA# and place it inside the box.
- Use a high-quality overpack to wrap around the original product & attach the product label.
- Included in the original packing slip or the receipt/proof of purchase.
- We advise you to use the Trace & Tracking service when you return the product to us.
- It is your responsibility to lodge a complaint with the carrier if the product is damaged on return shipment.
- If you still choose not to use the Trace & Track service and the package is lost. Then it is at your own risk, and you run the risk that your return shipment will be considered lost and will not be refunded.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.
Additional Notes
- Please retain a copy of your shipping confirmation for your records.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy, including items not purchased directly from https://udggear.com/.
