How much will shipping cost on my package?

All orders are shipped from UDG's warehouse in The Netherlands. You will get exact shipping charges on the site before you complete the checkout process.

Additional fees may apply depending on the country of destination. The customer shall be responsible for any supplementary customs duties and fees incurred in the delivery of goods to third countries outside the European Union. Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays related to customs and border controls at destination.

Due to size and weight, we do not ship flightcase products with a total weight of more than 19 kg/ 41.9 lbs outside the European Union. You can check our Find a Store page to find the closest UDG GEAR dealer to you.

What countries do you ship to?

We are constantly working on growing our shipping network. At the moment, this is a complete list of countries we currently ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to (alphabetically sorted):

What's the delivery time?

Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. Included in the below estimate is the processing time of up to three business days that our warehouse requires to process, pick, pack and prepare your order for shipping.

Our delivery time is currently:
Europe 2-5 business days.
North America minimum 5 business days.
Rest of the World minimum 10 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us with details on how to track your order.

Keep in mind that business days are considered Monday through Friday, as our warehouse does not work or process orders during the weekend.
