• If the purchase was made elsewhere, customers must return the item to a physical store.
• You have a 14 calendar day window to decide to return an order purchased due to a change of mind.
• The cancellation period begins on the date of notification of receipt of the order by the courier.
• It is important that the product is returned in its complete condition including all accessories in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.
• Refunds will cover the price of the product, excluding delivery costs, unless the return is due to a defect or UDG's error.
